Businesses operated by major departments The Company has set up departments and functional committees under the Board of Directors and the President. In addition, it also has appointed a President who is responsible for handling all businesses of the Company according to the resolutions of the Board of Directors, and leading several business execution departments. The duties of departments are as follows: Department Main duties Auditing Office Responsible for the audit and supervision of all units and subsidiaries of the company, self-assessment supervision, follow-up and improvement of audit opinions raised by internal audit and self-assessment, investigation of asset losses, and performance evaluation of audit business of all units and subsidiaries of the company. Secretary’s Office of the Board of Directors Responsible for convening the audit committee, board of directors and shareholders' meetings, executing various deliberations and operations, handling documents and confidential matters, and coordinating corporate governance and other related matters. Legal Compliance Office Responsible for managing corporate governance-related legal compliance and consultation, coordinating and supervising the planning and implementation of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing strategies. Vehicle Business Division Responsible for managing matters related to the development and maintenance of vehicle purchase installment payment and sales, and original vehicle financing installment business. Corporate Finance Division Responsible for managing corporate leasing, installment sales, loan services, accounts receivable acquisition, real estate beneficial rights, OBU business development and customer retention, domestic joint leasing structure planning, convertible bond asset exchange investment, and other related matters. Credit Management Division Responsible for managing matters related to credit investigation, review, customer transaction management reports, and rating adjustments for cases involving enterprises and vehicles submitted by various business units. Legal Department Responsible for managing legal matters related to cases, collection, litigation and enforcement procedures, application for transfer of delayed cases to bad debts, recovery of debts after being listed as bad debts, and other related matters. Operations Department Responsible for managing the disbursement and control of approved quotas for various business operations, and review, disburse, and safeguard related matters such as disbursement conditions and debt documents. Risk Management Department Responsible for oversees the planning of credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk management for the company and its subsidiaries; formulates overall risk management policies; and manages, analyzes, and reports on risky asset portfolios. Strategic Planning Division Responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining the company's image and sustainable communication; planning and managing the company's strategic development and operations; and handling business planning, performance management, and supervision of invested businesses. Finance Management Division Responsible for drafting accounting systems, handling accounting and taxation, compiling budgets, allocating funds, managing receipts and payments and invoices, planning and managing construction projects and property, and managing environmental safety and hygiene. Information Management Division Responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of information application systems; the planning, construction, and maintenance of information system platforms; and matters related to network security and information operation security. Human Resources Division Responsible for planning and managing human resources policies and development, including personnel recruitment, attendance, compensation, benefits, rewards and punishments, learning and training, and management of staff overseas.
